Humbolt county

It was a piping hot Saturday and all I wanted was a swim in the eel
river. I found a little dirt road with a big swinging fence across
which swung open at the slightest touch. I wandered down the trail and
found these hives aflurry with bees. I wandered on. Several garden
plots had been recently tilled. I started remembering stories of
beartraps protecting peoples pot gardens and decided I had explored
enough.

Funnily enough, about a quarter mile down the road I saw a vegetable
garden plot with a healthy stand of weed growing beside it, completely
visable from the highway.
